These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the "Stay Wow" website and the purchase of products through our platform.
By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

1. Acceptance of Terms

• By accessing or using our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
   

2. Orders and Payments

• Order Confirmation: An order is considered confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

• Payment Methods: We accept secure online payments via credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking.

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Cash on Delivery is not available. All transactions must be completed in advance via our authorized payment gateways.
   

3. Shipping and Delivery

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2 business days.

• Delivery Estimates: Delivery timelines provided are estimates. While we strive to meet these deadlines, Stay Wow is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners or unforeseen circumstances.

• Shipping Address: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for shipments delivered to an incorrectly provided address.

4. Returns and Exchanges

• Policy: We accept returns/exchanges for products that are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

• Return Costs: In the event of a return or exchange, the shipping cost for sending the product back to us must be borne by the customer.

• Initiation: Requests for returns must be initiated within 1 day of receiving the order.
   

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

• Mandatory Unpacking Video: To qualify for a refund or replacement due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you are required to provide a continuous, unedited video of the unpacking process.

  • The video must start from the sealed package before opening.

  • The video must clearly show the shipping label and the condition of the box/package.

  • The video must continue until the product issue is clearly demonstrated.

• Claims: Claims without an accompanying unpacking video will not be entertained. Please email your video evidence to staywow29@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
   

6. Limitation of Liability

• Stay Wow shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability, in any case, shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the specific product in dispute.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website, including designs, text, and images, is the exclusive property of Stay Wow. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
   

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or grievances arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Latur, Maharashtra.
  
  9. Product Descriptions & Variations

• At Stay Wow, we make every effort to display the colors and details of our jewelry as accurately as possible. However, because our products may feature natural stones or hand-finished details, slight variations in color, texture, and size may occur. Additionally, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor settings.
